× I started this website in 2006 after a visit with my newly

found half sister Shandy. She is a huge part of it's soul to

this day. You will see more from her soon. For now this is

where I host all that I create & am interested in.

× I am very shy & do not get out much. I have however

been chosen the last 3 years to have my art displayed in

the "Damned" art show that is in Detroit & have had my

work displayed with many many amazing artist's such as H.R Giger &

Marilyn Manson. 

× I have been in graphic design for more than 15 years. I am self taught in

all of my mediums. I use acrylics, oils, charcoals, I take pictures & I

sometimes create dollhouse miniatures. Everyone has a story & I tell mine

through my work.

× I am currently going to be going through recent & older

artworks that will be for sale. I am always looking for exciting

projects to work on so if you have something in mind,

contact me. I sell my work under LeanneM Galleries through

PayPal & I am verified.

× I am a huge music fan as well & I get a lot of my inspirations from the

music I listen to & the people I have met along the way. My story is

not unlike many others, but I keep to myself & things tend to come out in

my work. I have been considered a "dark" artist. I just create, & I do

not try to be a specific "type" if you will. What comes out of me is what is

inside. I feel all things around me, even spirits & I believe I paint them as

well sometimes. I feel everything around me, maybe I even feel "too much".

I believe I was meant to do what I do & I can not think of anything else I

would rather be doing. I am very lucky indeed.

×I have been married for 20 years to my best

friend & we have 2 wonderful children & 1 crazy

amazing grandson named Matthew. They all are

inspirations to me & I adore them. I have been

blessed with amazing family & friends.

× KoRn is Leanne's favorite band & when she met

Jonathan Davis of KoRn, she nearly passed out. "I

adore his work & think he is extremely talented"

she once told anyone who would listen.

× I have my work compared to Tim Burton quite a bit. I appreciate

the compliments, I do; but that also drives me crazy. I have always done

my "thing, even when I was younger, before I ever heard of him. I was

always drawing skulls & icky things, as my mom would say, it's just, I

don't want anyone to ever think I copied anything from him. I have one

painting I created that I would never sell; she reminds me of Sally and

in many ways maybe it is Sally. But she is mine & I would never try to

profit off that...I also admire Tim Burton greatly. I feel blessed & cursed

to have a style similar to his. xx

× Was a Duran Duran freak in the 80's.

× Celebrates her un-Birthday on February 16th. The

original year 1970.

× Is fascinated that two of her favorite bands in life

both have had members in the band who share her birth

date. Duran Duran & KoRn [Andy Taylor & Zac Baird].

I know Zac is not in KoRn but he plays with them & The S.F.A - so it's close

enough for me :)

× Is addicted to Strawberry Crush.

× Likes: KoRn, music, art, ghost hunting, collect anything Halloween, Dollhouse

Miniatures, thunderstorms, music, horror movies, graveyards, antiques,

dolls, vintage photos, vintage films, clowns, zombies & Super Mario.

×  I am very diverse with my design work. I enjoy creating. I must have a

feel for what I am working on or it simply will not work.

×  Immortal Essence - to me - stands for so many

different things - I could go on & on in this section

about it. For many reason's I chose the name.

My sister Shandy, came up with the name. It grabbed

me. I picked it out of a few other awesome ideas she had.

It will always be an evolvement of artwork.
